Redhotblue is on the lookout for an experienced Digital Graphic Designer to create high-quality work across print and digital platforms. You’ll work collaboratively alongside a team of strategic thinkers and creatives to produce custom designs. We value multi-skilled designers who are fluent across multiple creative platforms and disciplines. key responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, posters, signage, and packaging.
Design websites and digital assets such as social graphics, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Maintain visual consistency according to brand guidelines.
Prepare artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance.
Contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
required skills & experience:
2-4 years of experience in a graphic or digital design related role.
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates excellent layout, typography, and composition skills.
Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Familiarity with web design platforms such a Squarespace.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
Receptive to feedback with the ability to iterate and improve.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines.
Nice to haves:
Motion graphics or video editing skills.
Understanding of SEO and digital performance-base design principles.
Photography or videography skills.
