WE’RE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A FULL-TIME PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Redhotlbue is seeking a highly organised and process-driven Production Coordinator to join our marketing and design agency. Experience in the marketing industry is not necessary - full training will be provided. What is essential is a strong eye for detail, a calm and confident approach to managing multiple moving parts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This role is central to keeping projects, people and processes running smoothly. You will work closely with our internal team, clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are scoped correctly, delivered efficiently and tracked accurately from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaising with suppliers, clients, contractors and internal team members
Preparing project paperwork for accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing
Assisting with the preparation of quotes and scoping of projects
Participating in client meetings where applicable
Facilitating short, focused daily team catch-ups to support workflow and priorities
Managing project budgets, tracking costs and assisting with forecasting
Ensuring studio workflow is efficient, well planned and maintained
General project and production administration across multiple jobs
