THE PROCESS

We believe in working with you to reach your marketing goals and achieve success. By starting with a complimentary meeting to discuss your business, what you’re looking for and how we can help, we work with you to get the right information from the very beginning. From here, we provide a detailed quote and we’re happy to provide more information if you need it. We always try and work within your budget and sometimes this means suggesting more cost effective options to ensure your goals are met. If you’re happy to proceed, our accounts department will be in touch as we require a 50% advance payment for most jobs. Once this is paid, the designer assigned to your project will be in touch to gather more information if required or just to introduce themselves. Some projects require more planning or have tight deadlines and to ensure everything stays on track, we can produce a timeline that details tasks, key dates and who is responsible for each task.

During the design process, we include three rounds of proofing for the client. Once your job is approved we’ll have you sign off on a final proof form. From here your job is set up for print, goes live on the web, or finalised and sent to you. We always like to follow up at the end of the job to make sure everything went ok and you’re 100% happy.
